1. General
By placing an order with The Line Seafood, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed. Substitutions of equal or higher value may be offered.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We endeavour to meet all slots but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic and logistical constraints.
4. Refunds
We offer full refunds for quality issues reported within 2 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately.
5. Live Seafood
Live seafood is guaranteed alive upon delivery. Once accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot refund live seafood that has been stored incorrectly.
